A Scenic Memorial Jeep Convoy
Saturday, October 17, 2026
Westfield, MA
Join us for a scenic memorial Jeep convoy through the beautiful fall foliage of western Massachusetts.
Ride alongside fellow Jeep enthusiasts, family, and friends as we honor the legacy of Antonio Angel Ortiz, celebrate his adventurous spirit, and advance awareness, research, and patient support for renal medullary carcinoma (RMC).
* ALL JEEP MODELS WELCOME *
Why We Ride
Antonio Angel Ortiz was an avid Jeep owner who loved long drives in his Jeep.
Before—and even during—his battle with renal medullary carcinoma (RMC), he would light up every time he spotted another Jeep on the road. He'd fall in behind them, smiling, as if he were part of a convoy.
Most days, during his battle, he'd simply ask, “Mom, can we go for a ride?"
Those rides meant more than I realized.
They were moments of peace—time to explore back roads, enjoy the outdoors, and, for a little while, leave cancer behind.
Even during the long drives to Boston for treatment, following other Jeeps helped distract him, comfort him, and remind him that he wasn't alone.
Today, we carry that memory forward through Ride for RMC.
It's more than a Jeep convoy.
It's a moving tribute honoring Antonio, supporting families affected by RMC, raising awareness of one of the world's rarest and most aggressive kidney cancers, and showing what community looks like when “No One Gets Left Behind.”
Our goal is simple: To give Antonio the biggest Jeep convoy ever!
With love,
Jennifer
Antonio’s Mom / Founder
